DE Die Welt steht still. Städte sind wie versteinert, das Leben versiegt. Nach drei Wochen Lockdown fährt Caroline Fink in die Berge – auf der Suche nach Lebendigkeit. Doch sie findet nur einen Bergsee aus Staub und Stein. Dennoch schlägt sie ihr Lager auf, am Grund des Sees. In einer Welt, die mit einem Mal nicht mehr ist wie zuvor. Das Außen ist die Reflexion einer Innenwelt, die vom Verlorensein erzählt in einer aussergewöhnlichen Zeit.
EN The world stands still. Cities seem petrified, life has dried up. After three weeks of lockdown, the filmmaker travels to the mountains – in search for signs of life. But she merely ends up at a mountain lake made of dust and stone. Nevertheless, she sets up camp at the bottom of the lake. In a world that suddenly is no longer what it was before. This outside world presents a reflection of her inner world, which tells a tale of lostness during a very particular time.
